Abstract:
The experience speaks in this point that what astral projection matters with such situational effects. It comes with the lucid dream and makes control intransience of third eye. Now, this paper can guide this way with dream yoga and meditation waves that influence on our body. This can also be igniting chakras of the body with conscious mind. And study proves this, that it gives the blow that there is The Neurobiology of Consciousness with the parts of mind and it works in such a direction that can heal the soul. Yoga is the part of body healing which can develop the sense of trance and study the tools utilized by mystics and seers around the world to evoke awareness within the dream state. Among the traditional mystics, shamans, Egyptians, Tibetans, or even smooth investigators like Carl Jung, cognizance and the dream kingdom were of the maximum non secular and mental importance. Many things happens in a moving ways and here are some bases like Astral projection, lucid dreaming, out-of-body reports and imaginative and prescient quests are all a part of the broad useful technology of Dream Yoga, the sacred wisdom of consciously harnessing the ability of the dream state. Yoga and sleeping therapy gives this topic a new charm that how it gives the experience of another world. The world of unusual feelings come in mind with hypnosis and dream yoga cure the way with astral projection so now it opens the gate of new world.

Keywords: Astral Projection, Dream Yoga, Neurobiology of Consciousness, hypnosis, Chakras.

Introduction
Firstly, what astral projection can do? And secondly, how dream yoga heals the consciousness? Both the very important facts, to know about it and to understand this topic that One can see the world with two ways. But what if both the ways can be living lives? This can make techno impact of dream yoga that unconsciously conscious mind works in sharpen flow if the chakras are working enormously. So the one single wave comes in mind and takes it to another level. Lucid dreams works in both the ways that mind opens the third eye and goes in the conscious step to out of body feel. Lucid dreaming is the rare but robust awareness that we are dreaming and that we are not really awake.

Lucid dreaming is thus paradoxical, even at a subjective level, in containing elements of both waking and dreaming consciousness. In fact, lucid dreaming is an example of dissociation, one of the most fundamental features of normal and abnormal psychology. Astral projection can also works with healing voices of musical charm. There are several types of meditative flows that can guide it in this process. Survey Tibetan beats, Chakra music, Delta waves and that strongly influence the way of astral projection.  The spontaneous occurrence of lucid dreaming varies across individuals and it also varies with age within individuals. It is notably susceptible to pre-sleep autosuggestion. That is to say, the relatively rare spontaneous incidence of lucid dreaming can be increased by training.

Another fact is young subjects may not only learn to become lucid but can also perform intentional self-awakenings, and even institute plot control by introducing voluntary decision making into the normally involuntary dream experience. This plasticity makes lucid dreaming significant to our clinical efforts to change the minds of our patients. It can evoke the consciousness in the other dimension that voice can take to the awakening body in intra-part. Lucid dreaming can thus be viewed as a model for psychopathology and for the mechanism of hypnosis. The results are also of relevance to philosophy and to science in suggesting that consciousness can be split into two parts: a dreamer and an observer.

It is just an experiencing thing that can just only delight the self but the tragically experimenting is not good also. Astral projection makes hallucination to the viewing object that how soul can see that what is happening. If one can take several examples of experienced people that it can be more exiting to know. One of the experiences that would make this point more fruitful is the talk of after death, awaken man’s talk. Many more things one can find it on internet and they can read it. It is really a Goosebumps for the experienced and listener of the reality of astral projectionist also.

It pour the self because it embodies movement from one dimension to another, it is referred to as a “chakra,” which means “wheel” or “circle,” but it is actually a triangle. There are 114 chakras in the body. And to help to make this point clear, consider hallucinosis. We know full well that dreaming is normally characterized by vivid visual percepts which, by formal definition are hallucinations. Hallucinations also occur at sleep onset (hypnogogic) and on waking up (hypnopompic). In each case, a symptom of major mental illness is experienced. But the subjects are not mentally ill. They are simply evincing normal state changes which are dissociative because such variables as A, I, and M do not change simultaneously. To hallucinate with our eyes open, we have only to run the REM sleep dream image generator in waking. When we hallucinate, we are in two states at once.

The first Chakra, Muladhara, is at the base of the spinal column just above the coccygeal (tailbone) region. The second Chakra, Swadhisthana, is in the sacral region, halfway between Muladhara and Manipura. The third Chakra, Manipura, is in the lumbar region, at the same level as the navel. The fourth Chakra, Anahata, is in the dorsal region; its location can be felt by bringing the shoulder blades closer and concentrating on the tense muscles in the area between them or just below them. The fifth Chakra, Vishuddha, is located where the neck joins the shoulders. Its location can be detected by swaying the head from side to side, keeping the upper chest immobile, and concentrating on the point where you perceive a "cracking" sound.

In order to locate Medulla, raise your chin and tense the muscles of the neck at the base of the occipital bone; concentrate on the small hollow under that bone. Medulla is just anterior to that hollow under the occipital bone near the brain stem. Move from the seat of Medulla toward the point between the eyebrows. If you slowly swing your head sideways (a few centimeters left and right) having the sensation of something connecting the two temples, it is possible to locate the seat of Ajna. Focus your awareness at the intersecting point of two lines: the line connecting the hollow under the occipital bone with the point between your eyebrows and the line connecting the two temples. This is the seat of Ajna Chakra.

It is said that the practice of Kriya Yoga will refine this perception. When certain particular conditions are established mental silence, relaxation, an intense aspiration of the soul – the practice of Kriya Pranayama takes, so to say, the "inward route" and the Spiritual Reality manifests. You will then perceive the reality of the Chakras in the astral dimension. You will be able to listen to their astral vibration as well as hues of light pouring forth from their locations.

In astral projection science has proven, binaural beats opium, isochronic tones euphoria, brainwave gives heal to the soul with best impact and it works in a magnitude way. Way back when, people did not have consciousness. Yet once it developed, it gradually started occupying more and more of the waking state. However, nowadays consciousness is outgrowing the waking state, and has begun continuing its expansion into other states. Consciousness increasingly springs up during REM-phase sleep, giving rise to the most astounding phenomenon of human existence - feeling oneself in an out-of-body experience.

However for all practical purposes you can consider the action as a projection, and it is a kind of a projection - a projection of consciousness however instead of a “body”. We will, therefore, continue to refer to our work as projection and speak as if we project a body etc. For the purposes of your study, and I hope that you will take my word for it now until you do your own research on the matter, there are only three planes that you can “project” to. The first of these planes, and the nearest to the physical body-plane, is the Etheric plane. (Arnold Forster) The next plane, and a little farther away from the physical plane yet very close to it, is the lower Astral. The next plane and still farther away from the physical plane is the higher Astral. Now there are still higher planes than these, of course, but in those higher planes all forms begin to “thin” out so there is really nothing to which to project to in those higher plane. These higher planes, and your higher bodies that correspond to them, are really nothing but abstract principles, you are them. However they can be contacted but this is another advanced study for which see the last section. In this whole the process mind opens the gateway for the new world that can be out of body experience and it is call third eye. There are some points to be remember while astral projecting;
  • ·         Imagine the new world
  • ·         Brain waves
  • ·         Conscious dream yoga
  • ·         Chakras fertility
  • ·         Open the third eye
  • ·         Let be there astral way

There are some methods to know and that will guide in a certain way to do astral projection. Our first instructions on the Art of Astral projection are the method known as the “little” method (my name for it). I discovered, and perfected, this method myself. This method is the best I have ever found for making a start in this Projection Art. This method has many things to recommend it. The main thing is that it is very safe. This method requires the student to be in control of his senses at all times so no negative conditions can develop. This method requires study and work on the inner side of things which study-knowledge is of great basic value in all occult work and your achievements in this line can be extended to many other branches of the occult as they are all connected together. On the other hand this system does not require too much knowledge to start to work on, and to use the system, and the work can be carried out with a minimum of study, in the beginning. When you succeed, in some degree of projection work with this ‘little’ system, you can then do a great many more things along Occult lines all the “little” work is on the Etheric Plane and from that plane you can influence others, and circumstances, very well. This power is a very great asset indeed. Other applications will occur to you and I can suggest many more when I am contacted later on.

And, best of all, successful work with this system gives practical experience to prepare the student for the work in the advanced systems. What a beginning student needs most have all in occult work is something safe and positive to work on, and with, to develop his inner tools and to gain valuable experience as to what to expect to “see” when he does project later on with the more advanced systems.

In some phase it can be said that way back when, people did not have consciousness. It is probable that men and women of the future will have a conscious existence in two worlds.

Above image shows the ways of the phase to do astral projection and dream yoga scenario. And above phrase can make our point enhance with new possibilities and remember that take this with positively. Do not go with trauma in mind.

In one sense Astral projection is a phenomenon that has rapidly gained popularity over the last few decades. It is a process by which the human consciousness temporarily leaves the physical body and functions independently, while the physical body remains still and asleep throughout. This results in observing the world from a point of view other than that of the physical body and by means other than those of the physical senses.

Hence, it can works in several ways but be conscious while astral is working. The use of chakras and techno dream yoga makes this with intra-part to the third eye to grasp that this is true. It is really happens. One can believe in positive sense because there is nothing of paranormal but regards of positive chakras. It will also determine fertility of the self and how it is working and truth of several aspects while experiencing presented thing.
